About the event
Originally from New Orleans and transplanted to Mississippi, Talbot Pearson honed his uniquely mixed guitar style of swamp-pop, blues, Country and R&B, as a young teen playing Swamp Pop oldies and Blues in the bars and honky-tonks of The Big Easy. He also learned to play rockabilly guitar in various Elvis Tribute bands in Louisiana including “The Big E Band.” He was later the guitarist/vocalist for local show bands “Frankie & the Cruisers” and “Pure Gold” and toured with them for several years. Talbot currently performs and records with “Vince Vance & the Valiants.” As a singer/songwriter, he has has regional airplay for several of his original songs on a popular local Gulf Coast station. As a solo entertainer, he has been entertaining audiences on the Gulf Coast for many years and always brings a high-energy guitar-heavy show!
